I recently ordered an uplift, with the same desktop dimensions. These are the package weights, with the caveat that I ordered some extras you may not have: 22 lbs for box with grommet, power grommet, locking casters, advanced digital memory keypad, c-frame feet and side brackets. This box is 30x10x10 inches. A person can carry it relatively easily.

I got the casters with my v2 frame and bamboo 60x30 top and they have been great so far. Defiantly an upgrade to the standard feet and let’s me make easy adjustments. The uplift ones lock and do what they need to do. My understanding is that the C frame offers more support at the rear of the desk. I just set up my Uplift V2 C frame 2 days ago. I have no personal experience with the T frame. I have 4 monitors with 2 of them currently mounted to the desk and the other 2 soon to be, so it made more sense to me to have more support towards the rear.
